Brunswick Cycling Club is a volunteer-run club which aims to promote all levels of competitive road and track cycling amongst all ages and abilities in the local community. Our 450+ membership comprises juniors, Under 18s, elite riders, women and masters, as well as families and social members. Brunswick Cycling Club strongly supports an inclusive, safe and educational riding environment for all of its members.

One Volunteer Wanted for Mental Wellbeing & Awareness Workshop

We are looking for just one more volunteer to attend the ALLPLAY mental health promotion and awareness 3 session workshops.

To help the Club meet it’s obligations, we are hoping you, as members are able to support the Committee in attending the sessions.

The workshops aim to build the capacity of Moreland sports clubs to provide healthier environments, be more supportive of their members health, enact positive culture change and maintain a successful, sustainable and healthy club into the future.

Mental Wellbeing & Awareness

Parking at Harrison St Velodrome

When parking at Harrison Street for events \ training, please be mindful of our neighbours.

Please ensure you park in designated parking areas, do not block driveways, park too close to corners and adhere to local parking restrictions. It’s a very compact and tight area and any assistance in being aware of our neighbours is appreciated.

Annual General Meeting and Election of New Committee – Monday 06/10/2014

The Brunswick Cycling Club AGM is to be held at 7:30pm on Monday 6th October 2014 at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel (681 Sydney Rd, Brunswick).  The meeting covers a review of activities over the past year and election of committee and other positions within the club. All members are welcome, and encouraged, to attend this meeting.

A normal monthly Club meeting shall follow the AGM.

We are always looking for more members to fill the positions within the Club, so if you have any interest we encourage you to nominate.  There are general positions available so if you have specific skills which may be of benefit to the club we can tailor positions towards these skills.  If you’d like to know more about what is involved please contact Club Secretary, Soulla Nicodimou (secretary@brunswickcyclingclub.com).

Brunswick NJTS Teams 2014/15

Below is a list of the Brunswick teams set to represent the club at the upcoming NJTS, which kicks off in Sydney in less than three-weeks time. Brunswick has a proud tradition at the NJTS having been won leading stand-alone team in all three seasons so far, as well overall winning team last year – competing against larger clubs as well as combines and even institute teams.  Brunswick has had three overall category champions with Ruby Roseman-Gannon, Riley Hart and Sarah Gigante – the most of any club.
