Rule Changes: Handlebars and Extensions

New bicycle regulations will be adopted in next year’s CA rule book and there are some changes riders should be aware of relating to handlebars and extensions. Please have a look through the below document, especially if you planning on purchasing a new bicycle. These regulations take effect from January 2010.
