Tuesday Track Program for 16/06/09

Tonight at DISC, riders in both Senior and Junior grades will race three races including a “win-n-out” elimination for the “middle” race. The “win-n-out” is a cross between a scratch, points and elimination:

After a certain number of laps, there will be three sprints separated by 2 to 5 laps. The winner of the first sprint is the winner of the race – and pulls out. The winner of the second sprint gets 2nd place in the race and then pulls out. The winner of the final sprint is awarded 3rd place, and the race is over.
