Today’s theme is Acceleration and Control

Planned Activities include:

* Warmup
* 2 lap paired chasedowns
* Gate Starts – Standing Laps/TT
* Straight riding
* Whistle Sprints
* Warmdown

Start 0800 Finish 1100. Bruns CC members $5 Members of other clubs $10

If you can, bring pedals and shoes if you are borrowing a bike.
