Tuesday Track 15/12/09

Results from Brunswick CC’s Tuesday night track racing, held at DISC on Tuesday 15th December 2009. Many riders were resting their legs for the Austral carnival and Victorian Championships, but 70 die-hard enthusiasts hit the track tonight for some excellent racing across all the grades. The highlight of the night was a nailbiting finish in the C grade junior handicap, won by the slenderest margin by Ruby Gannon(80m) from Ashleigh Hocking(scr). Exciting racing also in the Junior and Senior A grades, which both raced a Team Sprint – always a crowd favourite.
