EDIT – Sunday Development Session @ DISC 24 Jan 2010

Please Note: This session WILL go ahead from 8:00am until 11:00am and will not be affected by the Vic Junior Track Team training which commences at 11:00am.

Once again, with the Vic Club Team Track Champs coming up, this session will be concentrating on Team Sprint and Team Pursuit Skills but there will be other good stuff as well.

Bruns CC members $5 – Others $10

Start 8:00am finish 11:00am

Activities will include:

  • Warmup
  • Short bank jumps (in grps of three)
  • Team Sprint transitions
  • Timed Team Sprint
  • Straight riding on the measuring line
  • Team Pursuit transitions
  • Timed Team Pursuit
  • Warmdown
