Wanted: Volunteers for BTO

The Brunswick Track Open, to be run at DISC on Saturday 30th January needs a number of helpers from the club to make it happen. If you are going to be available on the afternoon or evening, and would like to help be a part of running the event please let the club secretary know as soon as possible. Below is a list of jobs that need filling on the day. No experience necessary, all parents, members and riders not racing are very welcome.

Brunswick Open Volunteer Roster

  • First Aid
  • Ticket Sales x2
  • Door and Program sales x4
  • Sign-on x2
  • Pay-out x2: Nonie Carr (evening)
  • Clerk of course x2
  • Judge/timekeeper x2: Lisa Hocking (both sessions)
  • Secretary
  • Holders/Laps x2
