Keeping your toes warm.
With the days getting cooler our thoughts when out riding turn to how cold our toes are!
Well try this on your next ride..rub a little Deep Heat cream between your toes (yes all 10 of them)
I had heard of this technique from Wangaratta legend Ian Bott and decided to try it last weekend and I can confirm that it does work!!
I braved a Ballarat morning with no socks and although it felt like I had mud between my toes for the first 10 minutes I wasn’t distracted by that numb feeling of frozen feet.
