AGM and Election Of New Committee – Monday 01/10/12

It’s time once again for Brunswick CC’s AGM and your club needs you! If you have some spare time and an interest in helping to move your club forward at a very exciting time then now is your opportunity to put your hand up.

The Brunswick Cycling Club Annual General Meeting will be held Monday 1st October at the Harrison St. clubrooms from 7:30pm with nibbles from 7pm. All members are encouraged to attend this meeting to decide the committee for the next year.

The time is right to nominate and make a contribution.

Nominations are being sought for the following positions:
President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary
Assistant Secretary
Head Coach
Junior Development
Fundraising
Sponsorship
New Ideas/Events

To be eligible for one of these positions you must be a financial member of The Club and you need to be nominated to this position by two other financial members of The Club

Nominations for committee positions must be received in writing, signed by two financial members of The Club and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate.
A member of the club may nominate for more than one position but cannot be elected to more than one position as an officer of The Club.

Nomination forms will be available on Tuesday night’s at DISC during racing. Completed nomination forms are to be received by Lisa Hocking.
