A reminder for all members wanting to come to the presentation night at DISC this Saturday to please RSVP to me by emailing secretary@brunswickcyclingclub.com. We need to know how many people are going to be there to ensure we have the correct amount of catering.

On Saturday 12th November Brunswick CC will be hosting a presentation night for the track racing 2010-2011 Season and road 2011 season.
During the presentation night awards/saches will be presented to to all the Club Champions in the different age groups across the different disciplines from these seasons. We also plan to highlight other achievments by fellow club members throughout the past year.
In the past we have hosted these evenings at the Harrison St club rooms but this year we thought we would do something a bit different and hold it in the function room at DISC and have catering provided.

Time: 6:30pm to 8:30pm

A selection of delicious hot and cold fingerfood will be provided.

Softdrink: BYO or available to purchase from the Bistro
Alcoholic Drinks – Available at bar prices from the Bistro.(DISC license does NOT allow BYO)

Brunswick CC’s Road presentation night is on Friday 4th March at 6.30PM at the Harrison St Clubrooms.
Medals/sashes from the Brunswick and Combine Championships will be presented.
A BBQ will be held. Please bring a plate.

Stuart Grimsey, who was riding in Europe with Vulco Vaulex en Velin during 2010 will be talking about his European cycling experiences and present some sashes & medals.

Club President Ewin Williams & “First Lady” Monique Hanley became the proud parents of daughter Amélie Jean 4.275 kg (a healthy 9lb 7oz in the old scale!) at just after midnight in the early hours of Wednesday 5th Jan 2011

The club wishes Monique and Ewin all the best and welcomes baby Amélie.

In a fierce head to head 1 lap roller handicap battle at the Melbourne Bikefest Rock n Roller racing, Brunswick Cycling Club rising star 9 yr old Emily Hughes managed to hold off a fast finishing Josiah Ng of Malaysia.

After a ripper of a morning at Kyneton, me and Tyson soaked up the suns rays as we headed to Harrison St to set up for the Enduro. On the way we stopped by Pat Drapac’s house to pick up a huge box of kit.

Warning: There will be mud! This Sunday 25th July, preprare to get really really dirty at the second round of the “Dirty Deeds” cyclocross series. All club members are warmly encouraged to come along and have a go. Registration from 12 noon, racing from 1pm.
