Keeping your toes warm.

C. McFarlane, May 26, 2010
With the days getting cooler our thoughts when out riding turn to how cold our toes are! Well try this on your next ride..rub a little Deep Heat cream between your toes (yes all 10 of them) I had heard of this technique from Wangaratta legend Ian Bott and decided to try it last weekend and I can confirm that it does work!! I braved a Ballarat morning with no socks and although it felt like I had mud between my toes for the first 10 minutes I wasn't distracted by that numb feeling of frozen feet. Give it a go...onya Cam
